Capture the change the day it happens.

The foreman says what changed into the phone, the hours go into Timesheets by worker and cost code, and the photo and delivery slip attach themselves. Pillarix turns all of it into a documented change, tagged to the location, before the crew has left site.

Walk & Talk in the Field Agent App: a voice memo transcribed and pinned to room C138 on the drawing
Timesheets on a phone: a day logged as eight hours stood down, with the reason for the standby
Delivery on a phone: a packing slip checked against the purchase order, with a shortage flagged

Proof that gets you paid.

When payment is held on a disputed change order, the record already has the instruction, who gave it, the date, the hours and materials, and the photos. Package it for the GC or owner in one click.

Never miss a notice window.

Most change orders are lost because the notice went out late or not at all. Pillarix tracks the window from the day the change is logged, reminds you before it closes, and drafts the notice letter from your contract and your record for you to review and send.

Dear Recipient Name,

Re: Notice of Delay Event — Concrete Pouring Stoppage Due to Freezing Rain

From April 3 to April 5, 2026, the Project Entity was unable to perform scheduled concrete pouring operations.1 This stoppage was caused by freezing rain across three consecutive days.2

Under Section 32.2.a of the Project Agreement, the Project Entity must provide written notice within five Business Days.3

The Project Entity formally reserves its right to claim an extension of time should subsequent schedule developments impact the critical path.4
