How is Pillarix priced?
One price per project, with everyone on the project included. The price depends on the size and complexity of the project and how many you run, so a small job pays like a small job. We work it out with you on a short call rather than from a rate card.
What happens after I request pricing?
We reach out within one business day to schedule a call. On it we learn about your projects and how change is handled today, show you Pillarix on a project like yours, and talk through how we could work together. A written proposal follows if it is a fit.
Do you offer a pilot or trial?
Yes. A pilot usually runs on one live project, covers the workflows that matter most to your team, and sets out how you will judge whether it worked. We shape it together on the first call.
Is there a minimum term?
We usually recommend an annual term, but we can discuss other arrangements. Either way, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you offer customization?
Yes. Teams ask us for custom agents for work their crews still do by hand, connectors to their own data sources, and outputs in their own templates. We scope it with you on the call.
Can we add projects mid-contract?
Yes. When a project comes on board we help you bring in the documents it already has, connect SharePoint, Procore and email, and set the team up.
