From the first sign of trouble to a claim you can stand behind.
Watch events as they happen, turn the ones that matter into claims with the evidence already compiled, and run each claim to a close with the record behind it.

Start with everything that already happened.
Connect SharePoint, Procore, Outlook and your file shares, with no migration. Pillarix reads the emails, RFIs, minutes, daily reports and drawings, stamps and links each one, and builds the event register from them. Events nobody logged at the time are found too.
See events as they happen.
Every instruction, RFI, site memo and delay lands in one live feed, ranked by cost exposure and the notice deadline it triggers. Each event carries its source, its location and a first read on impact.
Further to our site meeting of 26 August, please proceed with excavation and off-site disposal of the affected material at Sta. 42+00 to 48+50. The Owner considers this within the existing scope of work. Confirm your programme impact within 5 business days.
A written direction asserting the work is in scope. Scope Analysis tests it against the contract and the geotechnical baseline, and already holds an open claim on this chainage.
Turn events into claims, with the evidence attached.
Pick the events that matter and Pillarix builds the claim around them. Every related email, photo, drawing revision and log is pulled into an evidence thread, then placed on a timeline against the schedule.
An owner instruction on 7 July moved the sink at Play/Nap 8 to the north wall with no drawing reissued. A site capture from 3 July shows the rough-in already set to the issued layout, so the millwork return has to be reworked. Written notice under C6.11 falls due on 16 July.

Written notice under C6.11 is required before Thursday to preserve entitlement. A letter citing C7.1 and the 03 Jul capture is drafted and ready to serve.
Select the events. Get the claim report.
Tick the events that belong to the claim and Pillarix writes the report: chronology, entitlement argued clause by clause, cost and time impact, and every source cited. It exports in your template with the evidence file behind it.
